Hidden Paths in the Ceiling Monument to Osiris at Denderah

Path of the False Priest in the Ceiling Monument to Osiris at Denderah

The following is an interpretation of the Denderah Zodiac in which the Cocky Man leads the children through the wilderness. His path avoids the child of the Heliopolitan nome three times, before the cock crows. He does not find the child on the lotus of youth during the celestial journey. This is the path of a false priest, who never accepts understanding of the beast within. It is a rational path with dreams of Utopia.

Matt 26:31-34 (KJV)
Then saith Jesus unto them, All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.
But after I am risen again, I will go before you into Galilee.
Peter answered and said unto him, Though all men shall be offended because of thee, yet will I never be offended.
Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, that this night, before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.

Path of the True Priest in the Ceiling Monument to Osiris at Denderah

The following is an interpretation of the Denderah Zodiac in which the cat, Bastet, and a wise man from the east lead the children of the universe through the cosmic wilderness. This path passes the child of the Heliopolitan nome three times, but tragedy occurs when the cock crows after the second denial. At the end of the celestial journey, the man and the beast stand before the child resting on the flower of heaven.

To the scribe who follows the man and the beast is given abundance in the kingdom to come. This is the path of the truth seeking priest who learns how to follow the beast within. This is the path where the rational person yields to the senses wherever they might lead. Since all true paths lead to the same heaven born child, this is the path of common sense, and uncommon valor.

It is the path of uncommon valor, because the head of the false priest shepherd is taken in an attempt to reunite the mind to the senses. Books are the best way to learn, but books are not the end of learning. Learning ends when the presence of mind is born of the Virgin in a union of self and cosmic analysis. This outcome of the judgement day before Ra is like a Prince of Peace riding on the back of the Lion of Heaven through the pasture of the Bull of Heaven toward tomorrow's child. Tomorrow's child never forgets a path within the journey, and is always open to the path before its face. This journey has no end and no beginning. It is a path of truth, which is always ending and beginning again.

Mark 14:26-30 (KJV)
And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
And Jesus saith unto them, All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered.
But after that I am risen, I will go before you into Galilee.
But Peter said unto him, Although all shall be offended, yet will not I.
And Jesus saith unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this day, even in this night, before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice.

The Measure of Time in the Ceiling Monument to Osiris at Denderah

Should you venture to have understanding of the great wisdom of precession, and the journey of the Barque of Ra, then calculate the period of one cycle using the mark of the man and the mark of the beast as a number for six hundred, three score and six years. Understanding which is not a result of following the senses is not understanding, it is divination. So, have the senses of the cat, Bastet, and you will share in the nine lives of the ennead of Ra.

Shu, Tefnut, Geb, Nut, Osiris, Horus, Set, Isis, Nephthys, were all born in the city of the sun at the Heliopolitan nome, where heaven's child, Horus, rises from the ashes of the Phoenix to the Lotus of Isis, to bring four son's to the daughters of men. Learn the stories of each of the sons and their ancestors, and you will become one with heaven's child.

May the senses of Bastet, through the wand of the Mighty of Spirit, Seshat, guide you through the darkness, until you come to that great nome, where light and sunshine are mixed into Cosmic Wisdom and presence of mind.

Rev 13:18 (KJV)
Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Fear not the beast within, for it is she who shows us the way. Let her live, and Re's Son will be abundantly satisfied.
