Pass line with odds, two come bets with odds, increase each win by about 50%. If 6 & 8 aren't covered with the three bets, place those numbers and increase by 50% with each win. 7-out or lose two come bets, then switch to don't pass with odds, and two don't come bets with odds. Increase those with each win as well. Lose two of those, and if money ahead switch to the do side as above, if money behind, leave the table. Three losing tables and you are done for the day.
